From long time, I am kind of thinking about this. Why can't I be at the receiving end? I am observing this pattern right from my childhood. Any event, any topic, any gathering most of the times I will be at the giving end. Like organizing, arranging, planning something etc etc.
I mean this sounds good right. But I sometimes feel that somebody should arrange things for me too.
It feels tired sometimes to do the things. Take anything either work or personal, I will be identified as a person who gives or helps. For example, whichever place I go to work there will be minimum 10 members in the team. But believe me, all the managers used to ask me a favor of helping any new member(in finding a apartment, settling down etc) after joining the project.
Ofcourse I enjoy that, but I am not sure to say whether this is my strength or weakness. People say that I will also get some favour in the future and they also say something big is waiting for me to receive.
Ha ha, my question is when?
Just wanted to share this with all of you.

Brother first of all the very fact that you are asking this question means that it is bothering you - but what the lord has said let me share - it is only a lucky few in this world who He has made capable of Giving - who He has given strength to Share - so find yourself lucky that you are able to do that.
Many people are trapped in their daily rut and routine - and are unable to see beyond themselves - for them the Lord feels sorry and that is where your Path to help them comes. By helping you are not only easing someones pain and suffering you are also receiving their blessings - something that will eventually make your life a more fruitful existence.
By asking this question - you are right - but when you start to Expect things from others - is when you feel sad - HE gives to us daily no matter what we do or say - He does not really expect you to remember him or make him the receiving end - do you think HE is also questioning - Why Am I the Giving person - can you imagine the life where he will stop Giving?
Brother feel free to contact me
if you have further questions - I will seek assistance from my congregation and surely make your life easy to live.
Amen

Looks like you started your journey in the path of salvation. Anyway thanks for such a big consolation reply.
No thank you brother - this is my Path that I believe he has laid out for me - to share his words and kindness.
May your find solace and peace.
In my humble opinion I see that Lord asks me to tell you to seek a partner in life - that way you both will get/receive and maybe you will not feel so exploited.
Amen
@ceedy
Sure brother. I will follow your words.
i think people that give alot have a good heart, but your absolutely right..you need a break! it gets tiring having to be the one who gives all the time. i totaly agree with you on that.
I wish to be in your place for some time ! Not long but long enough to satisfy me , just to enjoy the lime light of doing things for others .
@D
Hey thanks for standing by my side. This gives a bit relief.
@KB
Yes it will be for sure a lot satisfying.
Hello,
This can be tough. If you are the kind of person who likes to jump right in and get things done (and things end up getting done) then you become the "go-to" guy. People just come to expect it without even really thinking about it. If the distribution becomes lop-sided with you doing all the work, resentment builds. One thing I've found is I have to stay very conscious of what I want to do and not just slip into the usual role. If you refuse once in a while or ask for help, people may step up. It can be a tricky maneuver in a work environment but with family and friends you should talk to them about it. Of course, if they don't want to hear it the conversation can become unpleasant :)
I hope you get to feeling better and find a good balance!
@JSF
Hey, thanks for your long reply. You are absolutely right and I wil try to balance out things.
@Jaggu
Well, I struggle with this myself quite a bit. It is much easier to give advice than to live it :)
@JSF
Sure. I got you.
